The Company

In 1998, "IRS Systementwicklung GmbH" emerged from "Ingenieurbüro Reinhard Schiegl", which was already founded in 1991. In the meantime the single proprietorship evolved into a mid-class company with about 50 employees.

How we started:

The company has always been and still is specialized in the field of measurement and test engineering. At first it focused on software development and engineering efforts had the top priority. But already in the first few years, complex testers got built and constructed.

Today:

We develop very special solutions on Soft- and Hardware basis. On top of the engineering areas, we also made way for a construction area, where the engineers' plans are put into practice, allowing more and more complex plans and solutions. We do not only plan, develop and program single components anymore but also construct whole testing plants as the main contractor.

Company Management

Since I, Reinhard Schiegl, am the sole chief executive of this owner-led company I am able to make decisions without basing them only on numbers. This is one of the things I appreciate much in my management style.

I'm glad that I was able to make so many great personal contacts throughout the years. All of us working for this company should never forget that besides all the projects, appointments and deadlines there are people who we want to support in their project to achieve shared success.
